To get your interviews aligned in Barclays India you can either contact any of the authorized hiring centers or you can give a walk-in interview.
You will be interviewed in 4 sections:-
1. The HR Round: HR as a representative and the face of the company would take your general interview which includes a short intro of you including your educational and family background. Then they might ask you about your hometown or to describe the place you were raised at. To check your vocab or how fluent you are while you talk by giving you a scenario on which you have to talk for straight 2-3 minutes which can be on any imaginary situation on based on any real situation that is a part of your life. Then after if the HR feels that the interview was up to the mark he will brief you about the Company and the process he would showcase you for if you are not aware of it.
2. The Aptitude Test: A test will be organized which contains some logical reasoning questions and few math based (probability) questions which are easy to clear you to get a time of 30 minutes to attempt all the questions and there is no negative marking done.
3. Operations Round: A process manager will take your round in which the manager may act as a customer and you as a bank representative. You will be given a scenario wherein you have to solve the query of the customer in best possible way and have to make him happy going. The manager also know that you are not aware of the company policies and process so they really won't consider the type of solution until unless it is illogical and non-explanatory all they look for is do you have problem-solving skills and you are not converting a concern into a complaint as they are very strict when it comes to complaints. To save this from happening all you need to do is stay positive and give customer what he is looking for by adhering to what's right and always remember the last option if you can't think of anything is to escalate the case to your manager but make sure you are using this option wisely and at the last as often they lead to customer dissatisfaction.
4. Final Round: In the final round the scores and the feedback of the interview will be shared with you luckily if you are selected then you will be offered a brief description of your job role, with your joining date, your offer letter and do's and don't of the company basically values of Barclays which is respect, integrity, service, excellence and stewardship.
